What Do You Need for a Virtual Physio Appointment?

All that you need is a computer, tablet, or smartphone with video capabilities and an internet or data connection. Assessments and treatments will follow a similar structure to what you would experience in the clinic, but from the comfort and safety of your own home.

How Do I Pay for a Virtual Appointment?

You can pay for your appointment by credit card. You may submit a manual claim through your individual health care insurer for benefit coverage/reimbursement to follow.

Please contact your insurer to confirm your coverage through personal or work benefits. Insurance through the workplace and for vehicle related injuries will cover telehealth (virtual) services.
